In our laboratory, we are slicing pre-cooked pizzas by ultrasound.

We compare two slicing methods:

✅ Ultrasonic guillotine blade
✅ Circular ultrasonic blade for continuous cutting

Both methods give satisfactory results. But how to choose between these #technologies  ?
Well, it is the manufacturing processus of the food industry that can provide the answer.

It can also be useful to rotate the circular blade in order to improve the speed and quality of cutting.

We design, manufacture and test all the ultrasonic components to be integrated in special machines or on production lines.
